Less is more, and sometimes just what you need!

You may crave deep tissue. The pressure can help deep muscle structures. Sometimes this may be necessary. But often times a lighter touch, like craniosacral, can access a tight muscle, fascia or joint and melt away tension or pain. This feels amazing! It's like your body is doing a slow stretch, gently moving to a place of comfort and peaceful ease. Less pressure, more spaciousness, profoundly relaxing, with long lasting results!
